Return and Refund Policy

At Hop Haven Shop, we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to help.
By shopping with us at www.hophavenshop.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for qualifying items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
  • Damaged or Defective: The product arrived broken or unusable.
Note: We do not accept returns for "change of mind," ordering the wrong size/color, or general dissatisfaction. We do not offer product exchanges at this time.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Required Documentation:
Please provide your Order Number and clear photos or a video documenting the damage item.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Address

  • Return Address: Please contact support to receive the correct return mailing address.
  • Shipping / Return Fees: For all eligible damaged return item, Customer will be responsible for Return Shipping and Return Label.
  • No final sale items and No restocking fee.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
